SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We do not charge shipping costs for orders above €80 within the Netherlands. Below € 80, we charge a standard reduced price of € 4.95 within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands you pay the full shipping costs. When you order a product from us, we pack your product firmly and with great care. We ship it the next day after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. 

We send our packages with PostNL. From the moment we offer it at a PostNL location, it is usually delivered the next day.​ PostNL delivers between 09:00 and 21:30 and on Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00.


As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a track & trace link. From that moment on you can track your order directly on the Woolskins/Myparcel website. This way you can see exactly on which day your package will be delivered.

If not at home, the package will be brought to the nearest PostNL point for collection. You then have 7 days to collect your package. When the package is returned to us after 7 days, woolskins is not responsible for the costs of reshipment.


Returns


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from you to the webshop are for your own account.

Within the Netherlands, these costs amount to a reduced amount of €4.95 per package. Outside the Netherlands you pay the full return costs.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@woolskins.eu or the form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.


Download the return form and send it fully completed in the package. We may not be able to identify and refund non-identifiable returns.

Name

If you return the entire order, you will also receive the shipping costs of the order back on your account. When you return part of the order, the shipping costs for this return will not be reimbursed. The costs for returning are for the customer with a reduced rate of € 4.95.


Personalized products that you buy through this webshop are made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable to this. The sale is final after successful payment.


Woolskins is not responsible for the loss or damage of the return shipment, so please keep your proof of shipment.

Orders placed via Bol.com must also be reported back via Bol.com

If an item does not fit, it can be exchanged within 14 days by returning the item to us and placing a new order yourself. You can read above how to return an item to us.


All in a nutshell:

  1. Register your return via the form. We will then send you a return link (Note! Sometimes it ends up in the spam box).
  2. Download the return form and send it fully completed in the package.
  3. Pack your return in the original packaging with the original hangtags.
  4. When you hand over the package, you keep the track & trace code as proof of sending.
  5. If the product has been received in good order, we will refund the amount.

Holiday closure

We are closed from April 22 to May 7. The last order entry is Friday, April 21, 2:00 PM for same-day shipment. You can during the holiday season just place your order.

During this period we give 5% discount with discount code 'wolwonders' on all products. Your order will be processed in order of arrival after this holiday period delivered as soon as possible

Returns are also accepted treated after this holiday period.
