SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do not charge shipping costs for sending an order above €80 within the Netherlands. Below €80, we charge a standard reduced price of €4.95 within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands you pay the full shipping costs. When you order a product from us, we pack your product securely and with great care. We will send your package the same day Monday to Friday if you order before 12:00.
We send our packages with PostNL. From the moment we offer it at a PostNL location, it is usually delivered the next day
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a track & trace link. From that moment on you can track your order directly on the Woolskins/Myparcel website. This way you can see exactly on which day your package will be delivered.
If not at home, the package will be brought to the nearest PostNL point for collection. You then have 7 days to collect your package. When the package is returned to us after 7 days, woolskins is not responsible for the costs of reshipment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by post, but you can also bring it to us at our address in Amsterdam.
Returning an order:
- Register your return using the return form below.
- We will then send you an email with a return link.
- Mark the items to be returned on the enclosed packing slip and include it with the package.
- Pack all items in the original packaging with all original tickets in a sturdy box and take the package to the nearest PostNL point.
- You can also choose to send your return with a carrier of your own choice.

Because we are a small company and want to keep our prices as attractive as possible, we do not reimburse return costs. However, you can always, as previously indicated, bring your return to our location in Amsterdam. If you return your item with your own carrier, we recommend that you use a track & trace service with insurance if necessary, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
Damaged, incomplete or items with clear signs of use that can no longer be offered will not be accepted.
After inspection, we aim to process your return within two working days of receipt. After processing, the amount will be credited back to the account used for payment within 48 hours. Credit card payments usually take a little longer.
If you return the entire order, you will also receive the shipping costs of the order back on your account. If you return part of the order, the shipping costs for this return will not be reimbursed.
Personalized products that you buy through this webshop are made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable to this. The sale is final after successful payment.
If an item does not fit, it can be exchanged within 14 days by returning the item to us and placing a new order yourself or by visiting us at our location in Amsterdam. You can read above how to return an item to us.
Orders placed via Bol.com must also be reported back via Bol.com.
